Professional Affiliation: Ghent Workgroup (GWG) — an international consortium developing standards for graphic arts workflows, with Universiti Teknologi MARA listed as an Educational Member.

I work on printing technology, print production systems, and digital workflows within contemporary print manufacturing and education. My research focuses on technical processes, workflow standards, and operational practices that shape print production, with particular attention to digital prepress systems, print quality control, and the adoption of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.

My work also examines the structure and development of the printing industry in Malaysia, including competitiveness, technological transition, and workforce development in printing and related creative industries.
